Understand the movement

What is vibration training?

A vibration plate adds movement through its platform. In the library, you’ll see familiar exercises—such as squats, planks and curls—demonstrated on or alongside the plate.

“Linear” describes primarily up-and-down platform movement. Pivotal platforms use an alternating, see-saw movement. Different plates can work differently, so check the instructions for your model.

These diagrams explain movement patterns, not health outcomes. Review the equipment and instructions shown in each video rather than assuming every exercise or setting fits every plate.
